Here's a breakdown of the "Yard of the Month" guidelines for our community:

Yard of the Month Guidelines

The "Yard of the Month" program recognizes residents who consistently maintain a beautiful yard. Here's how it works:

·        Selection: The ACC Committee will choose one "Yard of the Month" winner each month.

·        Timing: The program runs from June through September.

·        Eligibility:

• Must be in good standing with Association dues
• Free of Covenant Violations

·        Frequency: No resident can win "Yard of the Month" more than once per calendar year.

·        Recognition:

• A "Yard of the Month" sign will be placed in the winning yard, positioned for maximum visibility from the street.
• Winners will also be featured on the community website with a picture of their yard.
• The sign will be removed by the ACC Committee on the first day of the following month.
